Melbourne, What to Do

Considering Heading waaaaaay down under to Melbourne and wondering what there is to do? Well…there is shopping, horse races, and apparently really good Italian food. Those things aside, here are a couple useful links that outline things to see, bands to listen to and mountains to climb!

If you go to Lygon St, I would recommend Il Gambero.
Only go if you are really hungry!

The tram car restaurant is also a good night out, but a little expensive.

There is heaps to do in Melbourne or just outside of Melbourne.
So my tips for things to see in Melbourne are
1. Mt Dandenong Observatory
2. Eureka Tower
3. Botanic Gardens
4 Crown Casino if only to see the flames from the outside.

So my tips for things to see in outside Melbourne are:
1. Great Ocean rd
2. 12 apostles
3. Otways
