Daily Dose: Accommodation Resources in OZ

dsc00583.JPGI know Hostels are the normal fall back of most travellers on a budget, however, Australia lends itself to exploring other options as well. Most accommodation in this country is not on the Internet unless you are in really touristy hotspots and major cities. Don’t be afraid to check out the local B&B’s on the side of the road or the cheap motor lodge. That said, here are a few web sites that can help your online research for accommodation options in Oz.

Like most English-speaking countries, I think you’ll find that accommodation is spelt with two m-s in Australia.

Oz Stays is a pretty good one, loads of places to stay. I use them for Margaret River houses.

And Danny, you’re right about the spelling, although in the world of the internet, google will advise you to spell it every which way you can to get what you want!
