Bathurst 1000 – Now called Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000, this is a 1000km motor race held at the circuit of Mt. Panorama near Bathurst, NSW. The race was usually run during the first Sunday of October but is currently held during the second Sunday in October.
Australian International Motor Show – This show is takes place in mid-October. Darling Harbour Fiesta – On its 16th year, Darling Harbour Fiesta has developed from a tiny community event into the most important Spanish and Latin America festival in the country. Over 250,000 guests are anticipated to gather on Darling Harbour.
