Yer beat me to it, Sean-abus!

Happy Birthday Christopher! 30 is a fine place to be - it only gets better!

I’ve known Chris less than a year [hard to believe, eh?] and he has been a champion - from helping me move after knowing me a week [?], drinking me through the RWC, a few games of tennis and some civilised events, though most of our experiences have been shared in the pub [the results of which oft end up plastered all over this blog, for which I 'thank' him - grrr]! All throughout we’ve had LOTS of laughs [geez, this is sounding like a eulogy! ha!], and despite his fabulously sinister wit, he’s a genuine, dare I say it, ‘nice’ boy, though we oft affectionately tag him, ‘one of the girls’! ha! A top bloke with whom I too hope to continue a friendship with for another 30 years or so… it’ll be a drinking race to the grave I suspect!

Speaking of which, I have the pleasure of slammin’ down a few coldies with his good self this evening! And it’s gonna be 41 Celcius tomorrow so our hangover is gonna be a SHOCKER!

Have a top day, Pisces Boy, and see ya later on!

Awwwww, you guys…
Thank you both for kind words and sage advice. Although by the sound if it, you’re thinking I’ll have kicked the bucket by age 60! Oh well, If I have another 30 as good as the last I’ll be a very happy chappy.

Cheers all.

Actually, I too first thought Sean’s mention of [only] 30 more years was putting you in an early grave, BUT, if we keep goin’ the way we are… I don’t know that my liver will make it past 60 either! Not a bad thing though - can’t think of a better way to go than face down in a pint!

But let’s stop all this morbidity and get ketranken!

Beer o’clock yet?

Don’t worry about your weiner, Chris. It’s the mind you don’t want to lose. And that begins to leave once you hit, you guessed it, 30. Which reminds me. Many of us still have it much, much later. Don’t fret. Thirty isn’t good but 31 is worse. Chuckle. Chuckle.

A happy day, a happy year and many, many more. Good and happy thoughts. See you when you’re still 30.

Hey Chris
Have fun today and all year through. Happy birthday. Like Freesia, I too wish I was in Brisbane today.

I don’t sing for many people.

I sing on my cellphone to Australia for even fewer, but I am pleased to say that I matched Billie Holliday in quality as I sung “Happy Birthday To You” to my favorite Brisbane pal yesterday.

By the way it’s true: Turn 30 and your pecker falls off.

Did he tell you you’re getting a big raise for hitting the thirty mark.
Have a great day, I’m sure everyone in the Bootworld is tipping back a cold one for you.

Happy Birthday Chris. The birthdays slide by pretty fast from now on, take it from me. However, with age comes wisdom. I will raise a glass to your health tonight.

Yeah mate happy birthday. 30 isn’t a big deal its just the start of things not working like they used to…knees hurt, the eyesight fades, you strain yourself reaching for the toilet paper etc.

I like Joe E’s advice. Does he practice what he preaches?

Thanks Socal. It was a great birthday, with plenty of friends around the world combining for some cool surprises.

I don’t know that “smart” and “good looking” could, in good conscience, be used to describe ANY of the BootBoyz! :-)
