Who’s Next?

After the Aussie Kangaroo rugby league team demolished the hapless Kiwi’s in tonight’s test match 48-6, you have to wonder who’s going to give the Aussie’s a decent game.

It’s a fast track to losing supporters if international games continue to be no contests. While I’m happy that Australia is better than everyone else on the planet at rugby league, it’d be more satisfying if it was hard won.

The rugby union test later tonight will be a sterner test for sure. Australia are solid underdogs to the mighty All Blacks with their fancy jerseys.

Its a real shame,Rugby League’s a great sport but nobody can give Australia a game.
The Kiwi’s have a go but Union’s their game. From the UK whether its England or Great Britain we always fall short.

I remember the last Rugby League World Cup over here, they managed to scrap thirteen teams together somehow.

The two best teams in the world are still New South Wales and Queensland.

Maybe that is why state of origin is so great.

Maybe it’s getting to the point where we should start calling the State of Origin the World Series.

Chris - I think you are on to something…calling it the “World Series” that is…smart.
