If you’re looking to enjoy the beautiful weather of late Spring, early Summer and you’re a movie buff, you can combine the two activities every night from September 24 to November 23.
Show up at the City Botanic Gardens at 6pm to pick out the best spot for the 7:30pm showing. There’s a wide range of movies on offer, from current blockbusters and family movies, to cult favourites like Monty Python’s Holy Grail and The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
You can BYO food, but not alcohol. There is a bar on site that will sell beer ($5+) and wine by the glass or bottle. Cost of the movie itself is $13.

Sunset Cinema also takes place in Perth in December. For more details, check out the Sunset Cinema website in November.
