Rubin “Hurricane” Carter, the boxer wrongfully imprisoned for murder in the 60’s and now a civil rights activist will be visiting Brisbane to give a lecture at Griffith University on October 10.
Tickets for the event are already sold out, as are the $275 seats at a fundraising dinner. But the Courier Mail is giving away 100 tickets if you’ve just got to be there.
